The saying “Location Location Location!” - This saying may sound cleche or totally overused, but the truth to the factor is that IT IS so true. Whats more true about this saying is that location is definately the #1 key factor in helping you determine on the whole picking and choosing the right condominium for you! I’m sure we’ve all seen the advertisements, the ads, the large oversized billboards hanging over skyscrapers, etc … Whatever developers claim, just remember that ultimately in the end, it is you (the buyers) who determine what is HOT and whats NOT. If you have future plans in living in the condominium you have recently purchased, then consider your lifestyle and needs.
